Caroline Parfitt

Since qualifying it has always been Caroline’s passion to set up an Outdoors therapy centre, delivering Occupational Therapy, Equine facilitated – Occupational Therapy, Sensory integration and mindfulness. Caroline started Oak Therapies in 2015 and has worked alongside other independent services delivering sensory integration and equine therapy.

Caroline has trained in Sensory integration, Sensory Attachment interventions, Eco Sensory Therapy and Mindfulness, she brings all of these skills together within her sessions and ensures that each intervention is evidenced based and centred around the individual.

Caroline qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2013, since then she has specialised in ASD and been Lead and Clinical specialist with in medium secure and community forensic services. Carolie has spent the last year developing a Kent wide community programme for community forensic patients, and has focussed on being nature and with animals.

Caelia Butcher

Caelia has practiced yoga for over 22 years, she has been teaching extensively for 10 years, specialising in children and adults with special needs, disabilities and sensory processing.  

As a parent of a special needs child she has a deep understanding and empathy of how this can affect families and individuals.

Her training covers 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga for Special Needs, Accessible Yoga Training, Meditation and Breathwork Leader, Acupressure, Aromatherapy and Yoga for PTSD. 

Through her training and experience she has developed her own “Sensory Yoga Therapy Program”, which she runs in therapeutic schools, homes and on a one to one basis.

Having a background in business and marketing Caelia has sound communication, presentation and leadership skills.
